• Answer calls and respond to emails
• Handle inquiries both over the phone and by email
• Research required information using available resources
• Manage and resolve volunteers complaints
• Share program and volunteering information
• Enter new meditators/volunteers information into system
• Update existing meditators/volunteers information
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Follow up meditators calls where necessary
